We really do talk to your vendors!
We first look at how your
vendors and contractors are treating you and question them
about the services they provide and issues they
encounter on your property. The objective is to 1) learn about the property through the eyes of your vendor, which tells us how well they know your property and educates us of problem areas and 2) indicates if they are taking
advantage of your association and are providing a fair
price for materials and labor.
If your property is older, it needs more
attention. As part of the regular low cost monthly
agreement, two daytime inspections (landscape and maintenance/violations) and one
evening inspection for lighting, etc are include. We won't
nickel and dime your association!
